Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical Co., Ltd. (ZPC) locates in Zhoushan. This 40MMTA refining and petrochemical integration project is the largest invested by private enterprise and the largest in construction in China. It also supports China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone to build the whole industry chain and implement the "three bases and one center" development strategy.
